Terms and conditions

Damage to vehicles:

on lessons the instructor will be responsible to take control off the vehicle.

on test wheel/tyre damage must be paid for by the driver/pupil.

Cancellations:

you must give 48hrs notice to cancel or change a lesson time or the cost of the lesson will be charged in full. Each case will be looked on a individual bases and genuine reasons will not be charged.

Block bookings:

refunds will be given on a full price lesson costing, if you have an 

issue please contact us in the first instance and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue.

Covid restrictions or national lockdowns:

as this is out of our control we will pause lessons and restart again when restrictions end any block booking will be held until we are allowed to teach again no refunds will be given within any lockdown or tier period that the school is ordered to close by government or the dvsa.

we will hold all normal lesson times and unpause when allowed to teach again.

Vouchers:

The voucher must only be used by the given voucher name.

covid restrictions we will hold the voucher until we are allowed by government to teach and take bookings again, within any lockdown period no refunds on vouchers will be given.

Right to refuse:

our instructors hold the right to end any lesson or refuse entry to the vehicle due to hygiene sickness alcohol drug use. If any abuse or threatening behaviour is shown the lesson will end at that point and the appropriate  authorities will be informed.

Practical tests:

do not book a test without speaking with your instructor beforehand, to check if the car and instructor is available for the test day and to be test ready. Your instructor hold the right to refuse with bookings made without the instructors  consent.
